Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund Reporting
On May 6, 2020, the Office of Postsecondary Education published requirements for Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF) reporting. Reporting for HEERF funds distributed to the 91传媒 will begin 30 days from the signed Department of Certification and agreement and each 45 days thereafter.

ESTIMATED TOTAL NUMBER of STUDENTS at the institution ELIGIBLE to participate in programs under Section 484 in Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965: During the 2019/2020 academic year, 3,518 of our enrolled students were Title IV eligible as of 6/19/20.
TOTAL NUMBER of STUDENTS who HAVE RECEIVED an Emergency Financial Aid Grant: 2521. This represents the total number of unique students who have received funding from the CARES Act. In some instances, multiple disbursements were issued.
Method(s) used by the institution to determine WHICH STUDENTS receive Emergency Financial Aid Grants and HOW MUCH they would receive:
The 91传媒 CARES Act grant provides a one-time $500 stipend for all eligible students enrolled in the Summer term to help defray the cost of converting to online course work or to be used as needed by the student. There is no application process for this grant. Student eligibility is vetted through the Office of Financial Aid. There are also grants available to students that demonstrate financial need because of the COVID pandemic. These grants are of varying amounts and may require an application. The student can submit an application for these grants with an explanation of the need. In all instances, 91传媒 will issue a payment directly to the student through a check or direct deposit once the grants are approved by Financial Aid and authorized by Finance.
Instructions, directions, or guidance provided by the institution to students concerning the Emergency Financial Aid Grants were removed from the website.

- On April 9, 2020 the Certification and agreement was signed and returned to the Department of Education. Furthermore, 91传媒 intends to use no less than 50 percent of the funds received under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act to provide Emergency Financial Aid Grants to students.
- The total amount of funds that the institution will receive from the Department pursuant to the institution’s Certification and Agreement [for] Emergency Financial Aid Grants to Students is $1,552,662
- As of May 9, 2020, the total amount of Emergency Financial Aid Grants distributed to students under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act is $362,000
- The estimated total number of students at the institution eligible to participate in programs under Section 484 in Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965 and thus eligible to receive Emergency Financial Aid Grants to students under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act is 1,601. However, this number will increase weekly.
